If you want to resubmit you would need to start another assessment (i.e. a new consult). The results of the original assessment will have already been submitted to Vitality when you received the report and this report will remain stored on Healthforce.
If you submit a second assessment, the core VHC results will be overwritten by Vitality but any senior assessment results will remain unchanged on their end.
Please note that after submitting the second set of results for the core VHC, the member will no longer have additional points allocated from future assessments as they get a limit of 2 sets of results per year for points allocation. The best thing to do would be to double-check all inputs before submitting the assessment the first time.
