Once you have completed a Kaelo consultation you need to claim a benefit from the patient's Kaelo profile.
To claim from Kaelo
1: Login to the Kaleo site (The same site you used for checking their benefits).
We will be adding the login details here in a few days.
2: Click on "Service provider" in the left menu
3: Click on Verify Membership in the left menu
4: Enter the Patient's Kaelo member number into the Administration Member Number field
You will then see the patients details: This means they are a Kaelo members.
6: Click on Claims submission
Then click on Submit
7. Enter the date of treatment and the details of the benefit that was used and submit claim.
8. You shoud then see a sucess message.
