After every Videomed consultation, we will send your patient an SMS with a link requesting feedback. This will allow us to see how well we are performing as well as what areas we need to focus on. 


A patient will be asked to review both the doctor and the nurse consultation, as well as a comment on what made it easy or difficult. We review all the feedback surveys and contact patients who leave a low rating to investigate exactly what happened. Our main objective at Healthforce is to ensure that every patient leaves their consultation feeling cared for. Because of this, we take patient feedback very seriously and we trust that you do too.
