The following schemes and insurers currently reimburse for primary care nurse and doctor consultations in your clinics. NB - the schemes listed below reimburse specifically for nurse-led primary care consultations, a new type of reimbursement in the healthcare industry.
These schemes and many others also reimburse for health risk assessments, point of care tests, etc. conducted by nurse practitioners. Please consult your clinic manager to get a list of all the services you can claim for in your clinics.
NB - All claims for nurse services and consults must be completed on your pharmacy claiming software e.g. Unisolv and patients must pay cash for any rejected claims (nurse or doctor).
