You must make sure that you tick the checkbox on the vaccine section of the VHCs before you submit your assessment.
After you submit your assessment, you should add the vaccinations to the patient’s Healthforce profile. Click on “+ Vaccines” underneath your consultation notes to add the new vaccinations to the patient's record.
