If your clinic charges patients different rates for different Videomed consultation types, please bill according to what the consultation type ended up being, if it differs from the consultation type you selected at the start of the consultation.
This is important because the doctor confirms the consultation type after the Videomed ends and in most cases, we use the doctor's consultation type in your monthly Healthforce clinic invoice.
