My patient does not have an ID number can I proceed with a consultation? Print

You need a full ID number or Passport number in order to successfully create and save a patient's profile.

Please ensure that you capture the ID number or passport number correctly as this will be linked to the patient's profile and used for validation with schemes where they are a scheme member.
