If you can hear the doctor but the doctor cannot hear you, it might be because the sound on your computer is on mute i.e. your speakers' volume is turned off



How to unmute your sound


Option A

Look at the bottom right of your screen. 


If your sound icon looks like this, the sound is muted. 


To unmute simply click on the icon and it should look like this:


Option B

You can also unmute by using your keyboard. Find the key on your keyboard that has the speaker volume button and click on it to turn your sound on.



How to test your sound


You can always test your sound before you call the doctor by clicking on "Camera & sound" from the "Help & tools" menu on your Healthforce home page.
