Do you need to contact one of the doctors? Feel free to give them a call!
Before you call, do take note of the following:
- DO NOT give the doctor's contact details to patients! These details are only for the use of healthcare professionals
- Contact the doctors about amendments to prescriptions, referral letters, patient education, etc.
- The doctor may be busy and unable to take your call. Feel free to leave them a message or contact Healthforce
- You should only contact the doctor in connection to a patient they have already seen on Healthforce. Doctors will not provide clinical input for patients they have not yet seen. If you need to perform a consult, please call a doctor via the Healthforce app
