If you'd like to draw a specific doctor's attention, please type "Reconnect to Dr Grady" (or whatever the doctor's name is) in the first line of your notes, to draw that doctor's attention. Remember they may no longer be online.
If the patient would like to see a doctor who is not online, please tell them that any of the other doctors would be happy to help. If the patient insists that they want to see a particular doctor, you can contact Healthforce to find out when that doctor will next be online.
