Before following these instructions, check that you have the Healthforce Assistant installed. It appears as a little plus in the top right corner of Chrome.
If you can see the little plus, you're good to go. If you can't, install the Healthforce Assistant first.
Activate a second screen
If you can see the video of the doctor on your laptop but not on your TV screen, you need to activate the second screen. You can only do this while you're on a call.
On the video panel, click the icon that looks like a screen. It's shown here with a red circle around it and an arrow pointing at it.
Clicking this icon should pop up a panel with the video inside it. Use your mouse to drag that panel over to the TV. The TV must be switched on, or you won't be able to see where it goes.
Once you're happy with the position of the video on your TV, just leave it there. You should only need to do this once - in future, the video should always open on the TV, provided you have the Healthforce Assistant installed.
