The TV screen is completely dark

• Is the TV switched on?
• Is the power to the TV switched on?
• Is the power cable for the TV plugged in?
• Are you using Google Chrome?

The TV screen is dark blue but the video won't play

If the TV screen is dark blue, and you can hear the doctor but can't see them, click on the dark blue area on the TV screen. This should make the video appear. If that doesn't work, you can try to exit Chrome completely, and start again.

The video doesn't work at all

Make sure that your browser allows video. Click on the lock next to the website address, then select "Site settings". On the next page, look for Camera, and choose "Allow" from the dropdown.
