You can access documents (sick notes, prescription, invoice, etc.) for any patient that previously had a consultation with a clinic that has Healthforce. These documents are available even if the patient previously went to clinic that belongs to another clinic group e.g. you are independent pharmacy consulting with a patient previously seen at a Dis-Chem clinic.
To access previous consultations:
Search for the patient's profile
Open the profile
All the previous consultations will be listed on the left side of the page
Select the consultation you are interested in
All the documents linked to the consultation will be accessible from this consult. You can view, print and/or email the documents you are interested in.
