You can use the ‘upload photo’ function to save any kind of picture to a patient’s record on Healthforce:
- Make sure you are on the patient consultation page.
- In the section called Add to Consultation, click on the link that says ‘Photos’.
- Choose ‘Using a smartphone’.
- Use your phone to scan the QR code on the web page. (The page has a link to help with QR codes, should you need it.)
- Once you’ve scanned the QR code with your phone, you’ll see a link on your phone screen that will allow you to take a picture with the phone. This picture will be sent to the patient record when you upload it, and you'll see it appear on your computer screen.
- You can use this functionality to upload pictures of anything - rashes, wounds, test results, and anything else you can take a photo of.
