When will I need to add a medical record?
You can add a full medical record to all patients, but it's only mandatory if you are going to call a doctor for a comprehensive consultation. For shorter calls to the doctor (eg: Immunization prescription), you have the option to skip the medical record. We recommend adding parts or most of a medical record to all patients as it will help with future primary care.
How do I add a medical record?
There is a link to the medical record in the left column of a patient's profile and during their consultation. Here you will be able to add a new record and view or edit the existing record. We recommend visiting this record for every consultation to see if there are any important aspects of the patient you should know. (eg allergies, blood pressure, pregnancy status...).
