- Below is a table with some scenarios on how to charge for the consultations. Some tips: if no extra services or Videomeds were performed, charge only for the assessments performed with no extra nurse consult fee. If you performed other tests not part of the assessment, charge for those separately.
- Discovery will pay the clinic separately for each type of assessment performed i.e. core VHC, enhanced VHC, standalones and VHC for 65+.
- For the VHC for 65+, Discovery will pay the clinic R40 per assessment. Use NAPPI code 007842001 to claim. All other codes remain unchanged.
- For cash prices for your clinic, please consult your clinic manager.
