Yes. You can use a Vitality number or an ID number to validate identity. 


Make sure that the patient's name and surname are also captured accurately, making sure there is no extra space before or after the name and surname.


Should any details be captured incorrectly, you will see an error message on Healthforce when you try to submit the details for verification to Discovery Vitality. 


If this happens, check all your entries and correct them before clicking the “Submit to Discovery” button again.
